Yup you have been invaded.
You'll need to run the LSPfix but as reading these log files is an art in itself,I suggest you wait for our resident HJT Log Reader to check it over and give you instructions on removal. There could be other entries that need removal as well.

Download / Install / Update / and Run .
Then:
Download and run:

Download and run
Check 'I know what I'm doing'.
Select 'inetadpt.dll'.
Click the right-pointing arrow.
Click 'Finished'.
Restart your computer.
Delete the following file: %SystemDir%\inetadpt.dll
Note: %SystemDir% is a variable (?). By default, this is C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me), C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000), or C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP).

Now run HiJackThis again and follow these instructions if the following still exist:

Press Ctrl/Alt/Del and "End Task" or "End Process" on each of the following: (They may or may not be there)
sysupd.exe

Turn off System Restore. (Turn it back on after this is repaired and you've rebooted.) Close all other open Windows and have HiJackThis Fix:
